To rent a vehicle from Huntingdon, you must:

3. Reservations and Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Huntingdon location. A booking deposit may be requested to hold your reservation. 4. Huntingdon Collection and Return

8. Huntingdon Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Huntingdon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Huntingdon in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

9. Huntingdon Law

These Terms for Huntingdon are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Huntingdon Terms
